Homage provides critical services including mental health support, food & nutrition services, healthcare coordination, transportation and minor home repair for low-income older adults and people with disabilities in Snohomish County.

Heart 4 Heat
We need your help to raise $30,000 by January 31st to ensure that we can meet the needs of our clients this winter season.
Our team repaired or replaced 58 furnaces and 46 water heaters so far this year. The increased demand for repairs for plumbing leaks, clogs, accessibility ADA toilets, and water heater replacements, coupled with increased labor costs, puts us at risk of not having funding to help those in need this winter.

Medicare Health Fairs
Navigating Medicare can be challenging. Understanding the “alphabet soup” of coverage options, Medigap, and Medicare Advantage can leave your head spinning. We have experts from Aetna, Humana, and United Healthcare who will be on hand to explore your Medicare choices and answer your questions.
Chronic Disease
Self -Management
This interactive workshop is an opportunity to share and learn from others who are also living with chronic health conditions.
