Funding disclosure

Homage programs receive government grant funding from the Snohomish County Department of Human Services, City of Everett, City of Bothell, City of Marysville, and Public Hospital District 2 and WSDOT.

Homage complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the ADA and Rehabilitation Act.

The Homage Healthy Minds, Caring Hearts Dementia Program is funded by the Administration For Community Living (ACL) – a federal agency within the United States Department of Health and Human Services. Their charter to ensure older adults and people with disabilities can live and participate fully in their communities – aligns with our mission to promote independence, preserve dignity, and enhance the quality of life for older adults and people with disabilities.
