Sipping Serenity: An Anxiety and Depression Support Group: Stilly Valley

Sipping Serenity is an 8-week peer support group for adults 60+ residing in Snohomish County. Join us as we gather to discuss and share strategies for managing anxiety and depression while enjoying a calming cup of tea.  We provide a safe, supportive, and confidential environment to those experiencing anxiety and depression.
