What is Medication Safety?
Homage’s Medication Safety program provides education, information, presentations, and resources to seniors 60 and over living in Snohomish County. Topics include safe use, storage, and disposal of over-the-counter and prescription medications; communicating with your healthcare team and Snohomish County take-back locations; understanding addiction, opioids, and the opioid epidemic; getting help and adaptive aids to assist the visually handicapped with prescription label reading.
