Wellness Classes

We offer supportive workshops, classes and groups at a number of locations throughout Snohomish County on topics related to mental health and wellness. We are always willing to tailor one for your group. Topics include Building Healthy Relationships, Finding New Purpose, Stress and the Holidays, Managing Grief and Loss, Establishing a Social Support Network.
