Medication Safety Program

What is Medication Safety?

Homage’s Medication Safety program provides education, information, presentations, and resources to seniors 60 and over living in Snohomish County.  Topics include safe use, storage, and disposal of over-the-counter and prescription medications; communicating with your healthcare team,  Snohomish County take-back locations, understanding addiction, opioids, and the opioid epidemic, getting help, and adaptive aids to assist the visually handicapped with prescription label reading.  Call 425-260-1246 to schedule a presentation.

Intensive Case Management Program

This program provides assistance with helping clients address barriers to independent living. This involves a specialized intake process for those who qualify.
