Lynnwood, Wash. – The Board of Directors of Homage Senior Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Bell as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.


“The Board is very excited to welcome Keith as the new CEO of Homage,” said Dr. Shelly Finn, Homage’s Board President. “Keith brings a wealth of experience from the organizations he has worked for in the past. His valuable expertise will benefit Homage as we enter the fifth decade serving older adults and people living with disabilities in Snohomish County.”


Keith has worked with the older adult population in the healthcare insurance industry for over 30 years. He has extensive experience in leadership, strategy, marketing, communications, building infrastructures, and successfully growing organizations.

About Keith

Keith Bell is the CEO of Homage Senior Services. Before being named CEO in April 2022, Keith was acting CEO following Steve McGraw’s retirement in November 2021. Prior to that Keith was Homage’s chief operating officer responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Homage’s programs.


Before joining Homage, Keith was an independent consultant helping startup organizations launch Medicare programs.

Keith has spent over 30 years working with the older adult population in the healthcare industry. Keith has developed Medicare Advantage plans for multiple large insurers on a local, regional, and national level. He was part of the leadership team that introduced the first Medicare Managed Care plan to Western Washington and led the launch of Medicare Advantage plans with Providence Health Systems and Premera Blue Cross, dual-eligible plans with Community Health Plan of Washington, and multiple state plans with Essence Healthcare.

Keith has extensive experience in management, product development, production, and marketing. His background includes both government contracted and commercial lines of business, provider relations, customer service, sales and marketing, product development, and compliance.
